This role drives the strategic reinvention of digital treasury operations, orchestrating real-time liquidity intelligence, intraday settlement synchronization, cross-rail treasury optimization, counterparty exposure telemetry, and regulatory capital friction minimization across Saudi Arabia’s evolving institutional payment ecosystem.
You will lead a digital treasury capability that balances liquidity availability, settlement prioritization, systemic risk minimization, and cross-corridor FX exposure mitigation under regulatory constraints.
Multi-Layer Functional Responsibilities
Real-Time Liquidity Intelligence

Engineer intraday liquidity heatmaps derived from dynamic corridor velocity vectors, merchant inflow cadence, and batch settlement rhythms.

Extend treasury intelligence using Bayesian forecasting models to project liquidity scarcity windows.
Cross-Rail Settlement Orchestration

Deploy orchestration engines balancing settlement priority across:

tokenized settlement layers.

Regulatory Capital Alignment

Experience Profile
