An advanced financial technology initiative is searching for a world-class Global Head of Digital Asset Infrastructure & Cross-Border Payment Engineering to design secure, scalable, and intelligent payment networks connecting businesses, institutions, and consumers across international markets.
This role offers the rare opportunity to architect next-generation financial infrastructures capable of supporting real-time settlement, digital assets, multi-currency transactions, and highly secure global payment environments.
Core Leadership Responsibilities
Advanced Payment Network Development
- Direct the architecture of high-performance payment systems capable of processing millions of transactions with exceptional reliability and security.
- Establish innovative cross-border payment frameworks focused on reducing settlement times, lowering transaction costs, and increasing financial accessibility.
- Oversee payment orchestration systems, digital wallets, merchant acquiring technologies, and intelligent transaction-routing solutions.
Digital Asset & Financial Infrastructure Strategy
- Develop institutional-grade frameworks for digital asset custody, tokenization infrastructure, and distributed ledger-based financial applications.
- Collaborate with technology architects to create resilient cloud infrastructures with high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Implement sophisticated monitoring systems to identify anomalies, cybersecurity threats, and operational risks.
Regulatory & Risk Management Excellence
- Ensure all financial technology infrastructures align with international financial regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data protection requirements.
- Establish enterprise-wide risk management models covering operational, technological, and financial risks.
Professional Profile
- 12+ years of senior experience in payments, fintech engineering, financial infrastructure, blockchain technology, or global transaction systems.
- Expertise in payment protocols, cloud computing, cybersecurity architecture, APIs, and enterprise-scale system design.
- Strong experience leading multicultural engineering, compliance, and product teams.
