Strategic Role Definition
This role exists to redefine how digital wealth is engineered, automated, and delivered through advanced fintech platforms. The Global Head will architect algorithmic financial systems that merge data intelligence, automation, and user-centric design into institutional-grade digital wealth ecosystems.
The mandate is both technical and strategic, positioning fintech platforms at the forefront of global digital finance sophistication.
Core Mandate & Responsibilities

Architect next-generation digital wealth and algorithmic finance platforms

Define and govern automated portfolio construction, optimisation, and performance logic

Integrate advanced analytics to deliver real-time financial insights and personalisation

Ensure platform scalability across multi-asset, multi-market digital portfolios

Establish governance standards for algorithm transparency, model integrity, and financial accuracy

Lead innovation pathways combining data science, financial engineering, and platform design

Represent the platform vision at international fintech and innovation forums
Ideal Executive Profile

14+ years in fintech wealth platforms, algorithmic finance, or financial engineering
-
Proven leadership in automated or data-driven financial systems
-
Strong command of quantitative finance, portfolio theory, and fintech architecture

Ability to balance technical depth with strategic product vision

Advanced degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or Applied Mathematics preferred
Compensation Structure (Annual – Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 900,000 – QAR 1,150,000

Algorithmic Finance Leadership Allowance: QAR 160,000 – QAR 240,000

Performance-Linked Incentive: 30% – 45% of base
