Role Overview
The Global Head of AI-Driven Financial Intelligence & Predictive Systems Architecture will lead the structural evolution of Kuwait’s fintech intelligence ecosystem—where algorithmic insight, data ethics, and machine learning converge to power financial decision-making and policy intelligence at scale.
This position requires an individual with exceptional depth in financial data science, quantitative modeling, cognitive architecture, and fintech intelligence systems who can conceptualize and implement real-time, data-driven decision frameworks underpinning Kuwait’s transition toward digital financial precision and adaptive governance.
Core Responsibilities

Architect AI-centric predictive financial systems, integrating deep learning algorithms, real-time economic modeling, and behavioral analytics.

Build enterprise-wide data orchestration frameworks enabling financial institutions to unify structured and unstructured datasets across multiple asset classes.

Oversee the deployment of cognitive compliance systems capable of autonomously detecting market irregularities and optimizing regulatory responses.

Drive strategic alignment between financial intelligence frameworks and macroeconomic forecasting models for data-informed policy development.

Lead R&D on explainable AI in financial decision-making, ensuring algorithmic transparency, ethics, and supervisory auditability.

Develop interoperable intelligence architectures that allow seamless cross-border analytics within GCC and OECD fintech ecosystems.

Serve as principal advisor on the integration of AI governance, digital trust frameworks, and real-time risk management models within financial institutions.
Candidate Profile

Ph.D. or advanced MSc in Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Finance, or Computational Economics.

10–15 years of senior-level experience in AI-driven financial systems, predictive analytics, or fintech intelligence architecture.

Expertise in machine learning model governance, neural forecasting, data ethics frameworks, and financial data standardization.

Familiarity with regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance analytics under international standards (FATF, ISO, OECD).

Strong strategic foresight in building AI ecosystems adaptable to dynamic financial regulation and macroeconomic evolution.
