Role Summary

The globalization of digital commerce has dramatically increased demand for efficient cross-border payment infrastructures capable of supporting secure, real-time financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Modern fintech ecosystems require advanced systems that can process multi-currency transactions while maintaining speed, reliability, and transparency.

The Global Head – Cross-Border Digital Payments & Transaction Systems will lead the development and optimization of fintech payment infrastructures that enable seamless global financial transactions.

Working remotely while supporting fintech initiatives aligned with Kuwait’s expanding financial technology landscape, the Global Head will oversee teams responsible for building scalable payment platforms capable of supporting high-volume international transaction networks.

Strategic Objectives

The core objective of this position is to strengthen the operational efficiency and scalability of global digital payment infrastructures.

Key initiatives include:

• Enhancing transaction processing efficiency across cross-border financial networks.

• Implementing secure payment architectures capable of managing large-scale financial flows.

• Improving financial transaction transparency across distributed payment ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

Payment Network Architecture

• Design payment systems capable of supporting real-time global financial transactions.

• Introduce routing architectures optimizing payment flows across international networks.

Multi-Currency Transaction Systems

• Develop infrastructures capable of handling transactions across multiple currencies.

• Implement settlement frameworks improving transaction completion times.

Payment Security & Fraud Monitoring

• Deploy monitoring systems capable of detecting irregular financial transaction patterns.

• Establish security frameworks protecting digital payment environments.

Performance Optimization

• Introduce technologies that improve payment processing speed and network reliability.

• Ensure infrastructure resilience across distributed financial systems.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

12–16 years within fintech payment infrastructures, financial transaction systems, or digital banking platforms.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of payment network architecture, digital transaction security, and global financial processing systems.

Leadership Profile:

Experience managing international fintech teams responsible for payment platform development and innovation.

Strategic Importance
