The Global Head will oversee the transformation of traditional capital markets into digitally native, technology-driven ecosystems, enabling efficient, transparent, and scalable financial market operations.

Strategic Responsibilities

Digital Exchange Development

• Design and deploy electronic trading platforms

• Enable high-frequency trading and real-time market operations

• Implement advanced order matching and execution systems

Market Infrastructure Engineering

• Build systems supporting clearing, settlement, and custody functions

• Ensure reliability and scalability of market infrastructure

• Integrate multiple asset classes into unified platforms

Market Innovation & Expansion

• Introduce new financial instruments and trading models

• Expand digital market platforms into new regions

• Foster partnerships across financial and technology sectors

Technology & Market Infrastructure

• Electronic trading and exchange platforms

• Market data processing and analytics systems

• Clearing and settlement systems

• Secure financial infrastructure frameworks

Regulatory Alignment

All market infrastructure must align with frameworks governed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, ensuring compliance with capital markets regulations, trading standards, and investor protection policies.

Candidate Profile

• 18–22 years in capital markets, fintech, or financial infrastructure

• Strong expertise in trading systems, market infrastructure, and financial technologies

• Experience leading large-scale market transformation initiatives

• Deep understanding of financial regulations and market operations
