Position Overview
This senior fintech role requires a professional capable of building blockchain-enabled financial networks that facilitate secure, transparent, and near-instant settlement for cross-border transactions, digital asset management, and tokenized financial instruments.
The Global Head will oversee design, implementation, and operational scaling of distributed ledger networks, integrating traditional banking, digital wallets, and fintech platforms into compliant and resilient digital settlement ecosystems.
Remote collaboration includes blockchain engineers, cryptography experts, payment network architects, and regulatory specialists, focused on creating next-generation financial rails for GCC and global markets.
Strategic Responsibilities
Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Architecture

Design enterprise-grade blockchain platforms supporting financial settlement and cross-border transactions

Build smart contract frameworks for automated financial operations

Implement tokenization infrastructure for digital assets and corporate finance instruments
Network Interoperability & Scalability

Ensure seamless integration with traditional banking and fintech systems

Deploy cross-chain frameworks for multi-network transaction processing

Optimize network throughput and transaction latency for high-volume financial operations
Security & Compliance Oversight

Establish cryptographic security standards across blockchain platforms

Monitor transaction integrity and prevent fraud using advanced analytics

Ensure compliance with GCC financial regulations, digital asset governance, and global standards
Technology Ecosystem

Candidate Profile

15–20 years in blockchain infrastructure, digital payments, or fintech settlement systems

Expertise in distributed ledger technology and financial tokenization

Experience managing globally distributed fintech engineering teams

Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory compliance and blockchain governance frameworks
