Position Summary
A high-level role for a professional capable of designing blockchain-enabled financial networks for secure, transparent, and instantaneous cross-border transactions and digital asset management.
The Global Head will oversee the development of distributed ledger networks, smart contract systems, and tokenized asset platforms, integrating banks, fintech platforms, and digital wallets into resilient and compliant financial ecosystems.
Remote collaboration with blockchain engineers, cryptography experts, payment architects, and compliance advisors ensures cutting-edge, interoperable, and high-performance financial settlement networks.
Strategic Responsibilities
Blockchain Architecture & Smart Contracts

Design enterprise-grade blockchain platforms for settlement and transaction processing

Implement smart contract frameworks to automate financial operations

Develop infrastructure for tokenized assets and cross-chain interoperability
Network Integration & Scalability

Ensure interoperability with traditional banking and fintech APIs

Deploy scalable transaction networks with optimized throughput and low latency

Integrate monitoring dashboards for real-time network performance
Security & Regulatory Compliance

Implement cryptographic security standards and fraud detection systems

Maintain adherence to UAE financial regulations and cross-border settlement frameworks

Conduct continuous monitoring and auditing of blockchain network integrity

Candidate Profile

15–20 years in blockchain infrastructure, fintech settlement systems, or cross-border payments

Expertise in distributed ledger technology and digital asset management

Proven leadership of global, distributed fintech engineering teams

Strong familiarity with GCC financial regulations and digital asset governance
