An internationally operating fintech enterprise is appointing a Global Fintech Growth Strategist to identify emerging market opportunities, expand strategic alliances and execute commercial initiatives that position the organization among the region’s fastest-growing financial technology leaders.
The successful professional will combine analytical excellence, commercial intelligence and executive leadership to unlock sustainable growth across multiple international markets.
What You Will Deliver
- Design enterprise growth strategies.
- Lead market expansion across GCC economies.
- Identify new fintech investment opportunities.
- Develop strategic banking partnerships.
- Create market intelligence frameworks.
- Build executive commercial forecasts.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop ecosystem partnership programs.
- Collaborate with product innovation teams.
- Monitor financial technology trends globally.
- Present business cases to executive leadership.
- Optimize revenue growth strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances where required.
Desired Experience
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Strategy or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of fintech, consulting or banking leadership experience.
- Strong commercial negotiation capability.
- Excellent executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering international growth initiatives.
