Position Overview
This is an executive-level mandate for a senior fintech professional responsible for designing and governing large-scale digital payment ecosystems. The role emphasizes systemic resilience, cross-border interoperability, and regulatory compliance, rather than operational or product-level tasks.
The successful candidate will operate as a financial infrastructure architect, ensuring payments systems are robust, scalable, and future-ready.
Strategic Objectives

Architect end-to-end payment and settlement systems, supporting domestic and international operations.

Define clearing, reconciliation, and settlement frameworks emphasizing finality, liquidity optimization, and operational resilience.

Establish interoperability standards bridging traditional banking, fintech platforms, and emerging payment rails.

Evaluate emerging technologies including tokenized digital assets, programmable money, and embedded finance ecosystems.

Translate regulatory guidance into actionable system architecture principles.
Core Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive system blueprints with transaction lifecycles, liquidity routing, and contingency plans.

Lead systemic risk assessments addressing settlement delays, counterparty exposure, and operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Experience

12+ years in payment systems architecture, banking infrastructure, or fintech engineering.
