Role Overview:
Kuwait’s fintech ecosystem is advancing toward full integration of digital payments, data-centric banking, and AI-powered customer intelligence. The Global Director of Fintech Product Architecture will design and oversee the development of scalable, data-driven fintech ecosystems that enable real-time payments, embedded lending, and intelligent digital asset management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of product architecture, regulatory alignment, and digital finance strategy at a multinational level—shaping the evolution of financial systems built on transparency, automation, and precision analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead global strategy for fintech product architecture integrating API-based payments, blockchain interoperability, and AI-driven analytics.

Oversee the design of modular financial ecosystems that enable interoperability between digital banks, neobanks, and institutional networks.

Implement enterprise-grade cloud and cybersecurity frameworks ensuring resilience, regulatory compliance, and cross-border scalability.

Drive innovation through digital asset issuance platforms and tokenized payment systems aligned with global ISO 20022 protocols.

Foster strategic collaboration with regulators, fintech incubators, and international think tanks to position Kuwait as a fintech leader in the GCC.
Qualifications & Expertise:

Minimum 12 years’ experience in fintech product architecture, digital banking strategy, or advanced payment technology leadership.

Master’s or Doctorate in Financial Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Applied Data Science.

Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems, embedded finance design, and regulatory technology integration.

Proven experience leading large, remote, and globally distributed fintech innovation teams.
