An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Global Director – FinTech Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships to lead regional growth initiatives, commercial partnerships, and cross-border market development.
The successful candidate will establish high-value alliances, identify emerging market opportunities, negotiate strategic commercial agreements, and accelerate sustainable business growth across rapidly evolving financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional and international market expansion strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships with institutional partners.
- Identify commercial growth opportunities across fintech sectors.
- Lead partnership negotiations and strategic alliances.
- Oversee market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and technology teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business, or Technology.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or strategic business development.
- Strong commercial leadership and negotiation expertise.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
