An internationally expanding financial technology institution is seeking an accomplished Global Director – FinTech Ecosystem & Platform Strategy to lead the development of interconnected financial platforms that unite banks, merchants, payment providers, fintech innovators, and enterprise customers into a seamless digital ecosystem.
This executive opportunity places you at the center of strategic innovation, where you will define platform strategy, accelerate ecosystem growth, and establish long-term commercial partnerships that transform the financial services landscape across the Gulf region and international markets.
Executive Responsibilities
- Define enterprise platform and ecosystem growth strategies.
- Lead Open Banking and API-driven innovation initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, payment providers, and technology partners.
- Drive digital platform monetization and commercial expansion.
- Develop long-term product and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, product, and commercial leadership teams.
- Present strategic investment proposals to executive committees.
- Monitor platform performance, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
- Represent the organization at global fintech conferences and executive forums.
Professional Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, digital platforms, or enterprise technology.
- Strong expertise in Open Banking, platform business models, enterprise strategy, and digital transformation.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
