Strategic Mandate
This position is conceived for a senior fintech strategist responsible for orchestrating digital banking platforms and fintech operating models at scale. The mandate focuses on how core systems, digital channels, and operational workflows converge into resilient, extensible financial platforms capable of supporting long-term growth and innovation.
The role requires oversight across platform architecture, service modularization, and operating efficiency, ensuring alignment between technology investment and institutional performance.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define the operating blueprint for digital banking and fintech-enabled financial platforms

Oversee modularization of services, API ecosystems, and platform abstraction layers

Lead initiatives aimed at operational scalability, cost discipline, and system resilience

Align platform capabilities with global fintech trends and evolving customer behaviors

Integrate analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows into core financial operations
Platform & Operating Model Expertise

Extensive experience with digital banking systems, fintech platforms, and service orchestration

Strong understanding of core system modernization and platform interoperability

Ability to align technology architecture with operational leverage and strategic outcomes
Leadership & Strategic Influence

Acts as a director-level authority across platform strategy and operating model design

Leads senior platform architects, product leaders, and operational strategists remotely

Serves as a trusted advisor on fintech scalability and digital operating excellence
Salary Structure (USD – Remote, Kuwait-Anchored)

Base Annual Salary: USD 140,000 – 170,000

Platform Strategy & Operations Allowance: USD 18,000 – 28,000

Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 20%

Total Annual Compensation Potential: USD 165,000 – 220,000
