Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Define long-term custody and trust service strategies.
- Lead modernization of enterprise custody operations.
- Build highly resilient digital asset protection frameworks.
- Oversee secure transaction authorization workflows.
- Drive enterprise platform scalability and operational excellence.
- Establish strategic partnerships with institutional financial organizations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience within fintech, enterprise banking, financial infrastructure, or institutional technology.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
