A globally recognized financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Chief Platform Strategy Officer (CPSO) to lead the strategic evolution of enterprise financial platforms supporting digital banking, embedded financial services, intelligent payment ecosystems, and institutional financial operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Information Systems.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, enterprise technology, banking, or digital financial services.
- Proven success leading multinational transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and governance capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills.
