A globally respected fintech banking organization is seeking an exceptionally polished Front Desk Executive to become the welcoming face of its regional headquarters.
This is far more than a reception position.
You will serve as the first professional contact for executive leaders, international clients, technology partners, investors, regulators, vendors, and visitors entering one of the Gulf region’s fastest-growing fintech institutions.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding professionalism, exceptional communication skills, meticulous organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage a fast-paced corporate environment where innovation, discretion, and operational excellence are everyday expectations.
Working alongside Executive Management, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Security Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Support teams, you will ensure seamless front-office operations while contributing to an exceptional workplace experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome executives, clients, investors, partners, and visitors with the highest standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate visitor registration, identity verification, and access management procedures.
- Manage executive calendars, boardroom bookings, and meeting schedules.
- Operate a sophisticated multi-line telephone and digital communication system.
- Coordinate courier services, confidential correspondence, and document handling.
- Prepare executive meeting rooms for board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Support travel coordination, hotel reservations, and executive logistics.
- Maintain front-office presentation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams regarding visitor management.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership when required.
- Maintain confidential corporate records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Assist with corporate events, executive conferences, and international business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of front desk, executive reception, hospitality, or corporate administration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
