Role Objective
To drive operational excellence and value creation within a digital wealth management platform by ensuring seamless investment processes, optimizing client experience, and supporting portfolio management activities.
Value Creation Areas
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth execution of investment transactions (buy/sell orders).
- Maintain system accuracy for portfolio tracking and valuation.
- Optimize workflows to reduce operational inefficiencies.
Client Experience Enhancement
- Improve user interface flows for investment activities.
- Ensure timely updates on portfolio performance.
- Address client issues and enhance service quality.
Platform Performance
- Monitor system uptime and transaction accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve platform reliability.
Data & Insights
- Analyze investment trends and client behavior.
- Provide insights to improve product offerings and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the wealth management platform.
- Ensure accurate processing of investment transactions.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and finance teams.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, or investment operations.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
