We are seeking an accomplished Fintech Treasury Technology & Financial Control Manager to modernize the financial-control environment supporting high-growth fintech operations.
The role sits at the intersection of treasury, financial technology, automation, data intelligence and operational control.
You will design and improve systems that provide leadership with greater visibility into cash positions, transaction flows, settlement activity, reconciliations and financial performance.
THE CONTROL FRAMEWORK
01 — VISIBILITY
Create real-time and near-real-time visibility into financial positions, transaction activity and liquidity.
02 — AUTOMATION
Automate reconciliation, reporting, treasury workflows and financial-control processes.
03 — ACCURACY
Strengthen data integrity and reduce manual errors across financial operations.
04 — INTELLIGENCE
Use analytics to identify trends, anomalies and potential financial-control issues.
05 — GOVERNANCE
Establish scalable control frameworks suitable for sophisticated digital-finance environments.
