A fast-growing fintech institution is hiring an experienced Fintech Treasury Operations Manager to oversee enterprise liquidity operations, cash management, payment settlements, treasury reporting, and financial controls supporting high-volume digital transactions across regional markets.
This role combines treasury expertise with technology-driven operational excellence to ensure efficient capital utilization and financial stability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise treasury operations and liquidity planning.
- Monitor payment settlements and daily cash positions.
- Coordinate funding and cash forecasting activities.
- Optimize treasury workflows through automation initiatives.
- Produce executive treasury and liquidity reports.
- Support financial controls and operational governance.
- Collaborate with banking partners and finance teams.
- Monitor treasury-related operational risks.
- Recommend continuous process improvements.
- Support strategic treasury transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Professional treasury certification is advantageous.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, fintech, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
