Position Overview

A rapidly growing financial technology organization is seeking a polished and customer-oriented Fintech Receptionist to serve as the face of its corporate office. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, managing front-office operations, and providing administrative support within a fast-paced digital finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate visitor registration and access procedures.
• Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars.
• Assist with customer onboarding documentation and administrative requests.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and office records.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and office facilities.
• Support administrative teams with documentation and filing.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and business information.
• Promote a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
