The Fintech Product Operations & API Integration Specialist ensures that fintech products—particularly those involving payments, banking services, and third-party integrations—operate seamlessly and deliver consistent value to users.
Strategic Mandate
- Enable smooth integration of fintech products with external systems
- Support scalability of product infrastructure
- Ensure operational readiness for new product launches
Execution Responsibilities
API Integration Management
- Coordinate integration with third-party financial services
- Monitor API performance and resolve integration issues
- Ensure data accuracy across integrated systems
Product Operations
- Support day-to-day operations of fintech products
- Monitor system performance and user activity
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering teams on integration requirements
- Collaborate with product managers on feature enhancements
- Support customer-facing teams with technical insights
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech product operations or integrations

- System monitoring and troubleshooting
- Data analysis and reporting tools
