The successful candidate will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Define product vision and roadmap for payment and merchant solutions.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product features.
- Prioritize development initiatives based on business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial services within the platform.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior to improve product performance.

- Continuously refine product offerings.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage product development timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
- Address challenges and optimize processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong understanding of fintech and payment systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
