Role Context
The Fintech Product Lifecycle Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of digital wallet products, from concept development to deployment and continuous optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilities to ensure product success in a competitive fintech environment.
Product Lifecycle Ownership
1. Product Ideation & Strategy
- Define product vision and roadmap for digital wallet solutions
- Identify market opportunities and user needs
- Develop value propositions and feature sets
2. Development & Launch
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and deploy product features
- Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches
3. Growth & Optimization
- Monitor product performance metrics such as user adoption and engagement
- Gather user feedback and implement improvements
- Continuously refine product features to enhance user experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Deliver data-driven insights to support product decisions
Candidate Profile
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech product management or digital financial services
- Strong understanding of digital wallets and payment systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with APIs and fintech architectures
- Data analysis and performance tracking
- Understanding of customer journey mapping
