Position: Remote Fintech Product Innovation Manager

The Remote Fintech Product Innovation Manager will function as a central orchestrator, aligning product vision with execution pipelines while navigating the complexities of regional regulatory frameworks and evolving consumer behaviors.
Primary Mandate
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of fintech products, from ideation through deployment and optimization. This includes shaping product strategy, defining technical requirements, and ensuring continuous innovation through iterative releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product ideation workshops grounded in customer insights, behavioral analytics, and competitive intelligence.
- Translate conceptual ideas into technical product specifications, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
- Oversee the development of digital financial products, including payment platforms, lending solutions, and embedded finance tools.
- Implement product analytics frameworks to monitor adoption, engagement, and revenue performance.
- Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations, licensing requirements, and data protection standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, operations, and marketing to deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Introduce continuous innovation cycles, leveraging agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
Required Competencies
- Strong experience in fintech product management or digital financial services.
- Deep understanding of API ecosystems, microservices architecture, and scalable product design.
- Ability to interpret financial data and user behavior metrics to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments within the GCC financial sector.
