We are looking for a commercially sophisticated Fintech Product & Digital Banking Strategist capable of transforming emerging financial technologies into products that customers actually use, businesses can scale and financial institutions can confidently deploy.
This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, financial technology, customer intelligence, digital banking and commercial innovation.
The individual will be expected to identify market opportunities, construct product visions, evaluate emerging technologies and establish execution frameworks capable of moving concepts from strategic hypothesis to market-ready financial products.
Strategic Responsibilities
Product Vision
- Establish long-term product strategies across digital-finance portfolios.
- Identify underserved customer segments and emerging financial needs.
- Translate market intelligence into differentiated product opportunities.
- Build product roadmaps spanning multiple development cycles.
Digital Banking
- Design strategies for digitally native banking experiences.
- Develop concepts surrounding payments, wallets, embedded finance and financial marketplaces.
- Improve digital customer journeys through data-driven product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and intelligent financial services.
Fintech Innovation
- Evaluate AI-driven financial applications.
- Assess blockchain and tokenization opportunities.
- Monitor payment-network developments and emerging fintech infrastructure.
- Develop frameworks for integrating new technologies into existing financial ecosystems.
Commercial Leadership
- Establish product KPIs and commercial-performance frameworks.
- Work with engineering teams to convert strategic concepts into technical requirements.
- Coordinate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity and data teams.
- Present investment cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis across GCC financial markets.
