Position Overview:
A dynamic fintech product operating in the UAE market is seeking a Remote Product Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across product lifecycles, from conceptualization to post-launch iteration. Focused on digital wallets, virtual cards, and embedded finance services for SMEs and consumers, this role plays a key part in product evolution, customer satisfaction, and KPI performance.
This is a remote-first role open to candidates based anywhere in the GCC, especially those who understand the digital payments landscape in the Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user behavior, product engagement, and conversion funnels across web and mobile platforms.

Support product managers in creating business cases, performance dashboards, and launch impact reports.

Track product KPIs such as active users, session duration, transaction success rates, and feature adoption.

Partner with UX teams to quantify usability issues and validate A/B test results.

Identify pain points in the user journey using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

Prepare product insights presentations for stakeholder briefings and roadmap planning.

Collaborate with engineering and QA to validate production accuracy of new releases and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or fintech product operations.

Solid experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with product metrics and frameworks such as HEART, AARRR, or North Star KPIs.

Strong understanding of fintech user journeys including onboarding, KYC, payments, and digital wallet top-ups.

Experience working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with distributed teams.

Comfortable translating data into actionable recommendations and storytelling through numbers.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in UAE-regulated fintech products or startups.

Understanding of regional consumer behavior in mobile payments and financial apps.

Basic exposure to scripting languages (Python/R) is a plus.
