Position: Fintech Platform Reliability & DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote (UAE Market Focus)

Your mission is to ensure that fintech platforms operate with maximum reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure stability, automating deployment processes, and ensuring that systems handling financial transactions remain highly available and resilient.
Mission Objectives
- Maintain uptime and performance of fintech platforms handling digital payments and financial data.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability to support increasing user demand.
- Strengthen monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.
Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure supporting fintech applications.
- Implement auto-scaling and load balancing mechanisms.
- Ensure system redundancy and disaster recovery readiness.
DevOps & Automation
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or similar.
- Reduce manual processes through scripting and automation.
Monitoring & Incident Response
- Set up monitoring tools to track system health and performance.
- Respond to incidents and minimize downtime.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and implement preventive measures.
Security & Compliance
- Implement infrastructure security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with UAE fintech and data protection regulations.
- Manage access control and system authentication processes.
Required Expertise
- 5–9 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
