Job Title: Fintech Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote – UAE Market Focus

Role Purpose
To ensure fintech operations deliver measurable, high-quality outputs through accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and operational analysis.
Primary Deliverables
Deliverable 1: Accurate Operational Reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transaction performance
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Provide actionable insights
Deliverable 2: Performance Monitoring Dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics
- Monitor operational performance trends
- Identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
Deliverable 3: Reconciliation Outputs
- Deliver accurate reconciliation reports
- Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
Deliverable 4: Process Improvement Recommendations
- Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks
- Propose improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support implementation of optimization initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain fintech operational reports
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support audit and compliance activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or reporting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Technical Skills
- Data visualization tools (e.g., BI tools)
- Financial reporting systems
- Advanced Excel or equivalent

- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
