Role Summary
The Operations Performance & Delivery Analyst is responsible for ensuring that fintech operations meet defined performance standards and deliverables. The role focuses on tracking performance metrics, ensuring timely execution, and improving operational outcomes.
Performance & Delivery Milestones
Milestone 1: Initial Performance Stabilization (0–3 Months)
- Understand existing transaction workflows
- Monitor performance metrics and identify gaps
- Support resolution of operational issues
Milestone 2: Process Optimization (3–6 Months)
- Analyze inefficiencies in workflows
- Implement improvements to enhance performance
- Improve accuracy and reduce transaction errors
Milestone 3: Advanced Performance Management (6–12 Months)
- Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools
- Track KPIs and ensure consistent delivery
- Provide insights for strategic improvements
Milestone 4: Continuous Improvement (Beyond 12 Months)
- Enhance operational frameworks
- Introduce automation where applicable
- Drive long-term efficiency and scalability
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fintech operations and performance metrics
- Generate reports and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with teams to improve workflows
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech operations or performance analysis
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs
