Job Title: Fintech Operations KPI & Performance Monitoring Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote – Kuwait Market Focus

Role Purpose
To monitor, evaluate, and enhance fintech operational performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service reliability.
Primary KPIs & Responsibilities
KPI 1: Transaction Processing Time
- Measure average time taken to process transactions
- Identify delays and inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements to reduce processing time
KPI 2: Transaction Accuracy Rate
- Track percentage of error-free transactions
- Investigate causes of inaccuracies
- Implement corrective measures
KPI 3: Reconciliation Completion Rate
- Ensure timely completion of reconciliation processes
- Monitor outstanding discrepancies
- Drive resolution of unmatched records
KPI 4: System Uptime & Availability
- Monitor system performance and uptime
- Report technical issues impacting operations
- Coordinate with IT teams for resolution
KPI 5: Issue Resolution Time
- Track time taken to resolve operational issues
- Improve response and resolution efficiency
- Maintain records of issues and outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fintech KPIs and performance metrics
- Generate performance reports and dashboards
- Identify trends and operational gaps
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Analytics
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech operations or performance monitoring
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks

- Data analytics tools
