Role Summary
The Operations Governance & Compliance Analyst ensures that fintech processes are conducted within defined control frameworks, maintaining operational integrity, transparency, and audit readiness.
Governance & Control Framework
Control Area 1: Operational Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Monitor operational activities for compliance with standards
- Identify and report non-compliance issues
Control Area 2: Risk Monitoring
- Assess operational risks within transaction processes
- Identify potential vulnerabilities
- Recommend mitigation strategies
Control Area 3: Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare compliance and operational reports
- Maintain documentation for audits
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Control Area 4: Audit Coordination
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Provide required documentation and data
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
Control Area 5: Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate effectiveness of control frameworks
- Recommend enhancements to processes and controls
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fintech operations for compliance and control
- Maintain governance frameworks and documentation
- Collaborate with operations, risk, and finance teams
- Support audit and regulatory processes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech operations, compliance, or audit
- Strong understanding of control frameworks and governance
Technical Knowledge
- Compliance monitoring systems
- Reporting tools
- Risk assessment methodologies
