This role is designed as an operations-centric fintech leadership position, responsible for how digital finance platforms function in real time, particularly during periods of stress, scale, or disruption. Fully remote and aligned with Saudi Arabia’s fast-expanding fintech environment, the role focuses on operational command, execution discipline, and system continuity.

Unlike architecture or policy roles, this position concentrates on day-to-day operational readiness and control logic.

Operational Command Responsibilities

• Establish operational command frameworks for fintech platforms

• Define procedures for payment execution, reconciliation, and service continuity

• Lead incident response planning and operational escalation logic

• Design monitoring and reporting structures for platform health

• Coordinate operational controls across transaction lifecycles

• Produce operational manuals, runbooks, and command documentation

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years in fintech operations, payments operations, or financial platform management

• Strong experience managing live transaction environments
