Job Title: Remote Fintech Open Banking Integration Manager

Mission Statement
The mission of this role is to design, implement, and manage open banking integrations that enable secure and efficient data sharing between financial institutions and fintech platforms. The Open Banking Integration Manager will play a central role in building scalable API frameworks and ensuring interoperability across systems.
Scope of Role
- Ownership of open banking API integrations and partner connectivity
- Management of technical and operational relationships with financial institutions
- Oversight of integration performance, security, and compliance
Key Accountabilities
API Ecosystem Management
- Lead integration of APIs with banks and third-party providers
- Ensure scalability and reliability of open banking connections
- Maintain API documentation and integration standards
Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with financial institutions to define integration requirements
- Manage onboarding of new partners into the ecosystem
- Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs
Performance Monitoring
- Track API performance metrics such as uptime, latency, and error rates
- Implement improvements to enhance system performance
- Resolve integration-related issues in collaboration with technical teams
Compliance & Security
- Ensure adherence to open banking regulations and data protection standards
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Monitor data-sharing practices for compliance risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech integrations or API management
- Strong understanding of open banking frameworks and API technologies
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional environments
