Position: Fintech Multi-Channel Transaction Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Role Summary
The Multi-Channel Transaction Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and synchronizing transaction activities across multiple payment channels, including mobile platforms, web applications, and third-party integrations. The role ensures that all systems interact efficiently and that transactions are processed accurately across the ecosystem.
Systems Interaction Mapping
Customer Interface Layer
- Mobile apps and web platforms initiating transactions
- Ensure accurate capture of transaction data
- Monitor user interaction with payment systems
Processing Layer
- Payment gateways and transaction processors
- Ensure proper routing and processing of transactions
- Monitor system performance and response times
Settlement Layer
- Financial institutions and settlement systems
- Ensure timely transfer of funds
- Reconcile transaction records with settlement data
Reporting Layer
- Internal reporting and analytics systems
- Generate insights on transaction performance
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows across multiple systems
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with technical and finance teams
- Maintain documentation of system interactions
- Generate reports on transaction activity
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or transaction management
- Strong understanding of multi-channel payment systems
Technical Knowledge
- Payment gateways and transaction systems
- System integration concepts
- Data analysis and reporting tools
