Role Summary

The Merchant Acquisition & Payments Growth Manager is responsible for expanding the fintech ecosystem by onboarding merchants, driving transaction volumes, and enhancing payment adoption across digital platforms. This role combines business development, operational execution, and data-driven growth strategies.

Key Operational Areas

Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify and engage potential merchants across various sectors
• Lead onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into payment systems
• Educate merchants on digital payment solutions and platform capabilities

Payments Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute strategies to increase transaction volumes
• Analyze merchant performance and identify growth opportunities
• Implement targeted campaigns to drive payment adoption

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track key performance indicators such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and merchant retention
• Optimize merchant engagement strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with product teams to improve payment features

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with internal teams including product, operations, and customer support
• Maintain relationships with merchants and external partners
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in fintech, payments, or business development
• Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems
• Experience in merchant acquisition or partnerships
