- Identify target segments and high-value merchant categories
- Build relationships with merchants and partners
- Optimize onboarding processes for new merchants
- Increase transaction volumes through engagement strategies
- Monitor merchant performance and payment activity

- Proven track record in scaling financial products or services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
