Job Title: Remote Fintech Lending Platform Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (Oman)

Role Objective
To manage and optimize digital lending platforms, ensuring efficient loan processing, risk management, and system performance within a fintech ecosystem.
Core Capability Areas & Deliverables
Loan Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle from application to repayment
- Ensure efficient processing and approval workflows
- Monitor loan performance and repayment schedules
Platform Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in lending systems and implement improvements
- Enhance automation in loan processing and decision-making
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve platform performance
Risk & Credit Coordination
- Work with credit teams to evaluate borrower risk
- Support development of credit scoring models
- Monitor portfolio risk and delinquency trends
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate reports on loan performance, approvals, and defaults
- Provide insights for improving lending strategies
- Maintain accurate data records for compliance and audits
Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience with loan management systems and fintech platforms
- Understanding of credit risk and lending processes
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with digital onboarding and KYC systems
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years in lending operations, fintech, or financial services
- Background in banking, microfinance, or digital lending platforms
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
