About the Role
A rapidly expanding financial technology platform focused on delivering innovative digital financial services is seeking a Fintech Growth & Market Expansion Strategist.
This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the fintech ecosystem, designing strategies to expand digital financial services adoption, and supporting the launch of innovative financial products across emerging markets.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams including product developers, financial analysts, marketing professionals, and compliance specialists to ensure that fintech products reach new customers while maintaining strong operational and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Market Research & Strategic Analysis

Conduct research on global fintech trends and digital financial services adoption

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Financial Technology

5+ years experience in fintech strategy, digital banking, or financial services consulting

Strong analytical and market research skills
