About the Role
A digital financial technology platform focused on expanding financial inclusion and modern payment solutions is seeking a Fintech Growth & Digital Financial Services Strategy Lead.
This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for fintech services, designing strategies for expanding digital financial products, and driving adoption of innovative financial technologies within regional and global markets.
The successful candidate will collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and compliance teams to develop scalable financial services solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and consumers.
Responsibilities
Fintech Market Expansion

Product Growth Strategy

Work with product teams to design scalable fintech services

Evaluate opportunities to introduce new digital financial products

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Financial Technology

5–7 years experience in fintech strategy, financial services consulting, or digital banking innovation

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
