Role Purpose
To enhance operational efficiency and performance of fintech financial transactions by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on financial transaction performance using KPIs
- Investigate anomalies and implement corrective measures
- Maintain dashboards and operational performance reports
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and compliance teams
- Support audit and regulatory compliance activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech or banking operations
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Knowledge of fintech payment systems
- Ability to analyze KPI trends and propose solutions
