- Development of scalable partnership models
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
- Identify potential partners across e-commerce, technology, and digital platforms
- Negotiate partnership terms and integration requirements
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships
Growth Strategy Execution
- Develop strategies to increase adoption of embedded finance solutions
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Support go-to-market initiatives
Product & Integration Alignment
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with partner needs
- Ensure seamless integration of financial services into partner platforms
- Optimize user experience across embedded finance offerings
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor partnership performance and revenue contribution
- Analyze data to refine growth strategies
- Continuously improve partnership models
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Stay updated on fintech trends and embedded finance developments
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Identify competitive advantages and differentiation opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–9 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or fintech growth roles
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and embedded finance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
