Role Purpose

To support and enhance digital banking operations by applying key functional capabilities across transaction handling, customer support, and system monitoring.


Functional Capability Matrix

Capability 1: Transaction Support

  • Assist in processing customer transactions
  • Monitor transaction flows and resolve issues
  • Ensure timely completion of requests

Capability 2: Customer Operations Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to transactions
  • Resolve issues related to payments and account activities
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Capability 3: System Monitoring

  • Monitor fintech systems for performance issues
  • Identify and report system errors
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution efforts

Capability 4: Data Accuracy & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Verify data integrity across systems
  • Support reconciliation processes

Capability 5: Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare operational reports
  • Maintain documentation for internal use
  • Support audit and compliance reviews

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in fintech or digital banking operations
