- Implement improvements in transaction processing and customer onboarding workflows.
- Enhance operational efficiency across digital banking services.
- Begin tracking and optimizing key performance metrics.
90 Days: Performance Stabilization
- Establish stable, scalable operational processes.
- Reduce transaction errors and improve service reliability.
- Strengthen coordination between operations, product, and engineering teams.
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of digital banking platforms.
- Monitor transaction flows and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking operations or fintech.
