Job Title: Fintech Data Processing & Transaction Lifecycle Analyst (Remote)

Role Summary
This role follows the Input–Process–Output (IPO) operational model, focusing on managing the lifecycle of fintech transactions from data intake to final output and reporting.
Operational Model
Input Layer
- Receive transaction data from various channels
- Validate completeness and accuracy of input data
- Classify transactions based on type and priority
- Ensure proper documentation at entry stage
Process Layer
- Execute transactions using fintech systems
- Monitor processing performance and timelines
- Apply validation and control checks
- Handle exceptions and errors during processing
Output Layer
- Generate transaction confirmations
- Ensure accurate settlement outcomes
- Produce operational reports
- Maintain transaction records
Feedback Loop
- Analyze output performance
- Identify process inefficiencies
- Implement improvements to input and processing stages
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of fintech transactions
- Ensure data integrity at all stages
- Maintain efficient processing workflows
- Support reporting and analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or Business
- 3–6 years of fintech or banking experience
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle management
