Job Title: Fintech Customer Transactions & Service Delivery Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote – Saudi Arabia Market Focus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Customer Operations


Role Purpose

To ensure seamless delivery of fintech transaction services to customers by managing each stage of the service lifecycle, from request initiation to completion and post-processing review.


Service Delivery Lifecycle

Stage 1: Request Intake

  • Receive and validate customer transaction requests
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of input data
  • Identify potential issues before processing

Stage 2: Transaction Execution

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Monitor execution to ensure successful completion
  • Address errors or delays in real time

Stage 3: Post-Processing Verification

  • Verify transaction completion and accuracy
  • Update customer account records
  • Confirm successful execution

Stage 4: Reconciliation & Review

  • Reconcile transaction records across systems
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate logs for audit purposes

Stage 5: Reporting & Feedback Loop

  • Generate reports on service performance
  • Analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide feedback to enhance service delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer transaction processes end-to-end
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of financial operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain operational records and reports

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech or banking operations
  • Understanding of customer transaction workflows

Technical Skills

  • Transaction processing systems

  • Reporting and analytics tools
