Role Description:
A fast-scaling digital investment platform catering to mass-affluent customers in Bahrain is looking for a Remote Customer Success & Retention Lead to oversee post-onboarding engagement, loyalty, and product utilization across its robo-advisory ecosystem. This role will drive long-term user value through personalized financial journeys, education, and retention-focused strategies.
The successful candidate will work remotely to design lifecycle interventions that reflect Bahrain’s investment culture, user preferences, and the regulatory environment for wealthtech.
Key Responsibilities:

Build personalized onboarding and post-signup experiences to increase product usage and time-to-first-investment.

Design lifecycle campaigns to drive goal creation, recurring investments, and risk-adjusted rebalancing.

Conduct quarterly engagement reviews with key investor segments to understand friction, preferences, and retention drivers.

Analyze churn signals using data from user behavior, drop-off rates, NPS feedback, and transaction history.

Partner with content and product teams to create value-driven nudges (via email, in-app messaging, WhatsApp).

Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure investor communication adheres to CBB guidelines.

Develop dashboards to monitor investor lifecycle metrics: ARPU, AUM retention, cohort performance, and LTV.
Required Background:

3–6 years of experience in customer success, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in fintech, banking, or SaaS.

Familiarity with investor onboarding journeys and risk profiling in GCC markets.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, or Braze.

Ability to design customer playbooks and automation flows across digital channels.

Strong communication skills and an understanding of financial behavior and psychology.
Preferred Attributes:

Background in wealth management or robo-advisory services in Bahrain or wider GCC.

Bilingual fluency (Arabic and English) for localized investor engagement.

Exposure to digital investment KPIs such as AUM growth, portfolio allocation trends, and churn drivers.
