Job Title: Fintech Customer Funds Processing & Settlement Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote – Kuwait Market Focus
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Customer Funds Operations
Role Objective
To ensure accurate, timely, and secure processing of customer deposits and withdrawals, while maintaining integrity in financial records and operational workflows.
Process Cycle Responsibilities
Stage 1: Funds Intake (Deposits)
- Monitor incoming customer deposits from multiple channels
- Validate payment confirmations and ensure correct allocation
- Identify delays or discrepancies in deposit processing
Stage 2: Funds Disbursement (Withdrawals)
- Review withdrawal requests for accuracy and eligibility
- Process fund transfers to customer accounts
- Ensure adherence to processing timelines
Stage 3: Reconciliation & Verification
- Match deposit and withdrawal records with financial systems
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve mismatches
- Maintain accurate transaction logs
Stage 4: Reporting & Monitoring
- Generate reports on fund movements and transaction performance
- Monitor processing times and operational efficiency
- Highlight risks and recommend improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech or banking operations
- Knowledge of customer fund flows and reconciliation processes
Technical Skills
- Transaction processing platforms
- Reconciliation systems
- Data reporting tools
Professional Competencies
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows remotely
