Role Purpose
To manage and optimize customer fund movements, including deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy, speed, and reliability within fintech platforms.
Operational Model (IPO Framework)
Inputs
- Customer deposit requests
- Withdrawal instructions
- Payment confirmations from external systems
- Transaction data from fintech platforms
Processes
Deposit Processing
- Validate incoming funds from various payment channels
- Ensure correct allocation of funds to customer accounts
- Monitor processing times and success rates
Withdrawal Management
- Review withdrawal requests for accuracy and eligibility
- Process fund transfers to customer accounts
- Ensure timely completion of withdrawals
Reconciliation
- Match incoming and outgoing transactions with financial records
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate transaction logs
Outputs
- Accurate customer account balances
- Timely processing of deposits and withdrawals
- Reduced transaction errors and discrepancies
- Operational reports on fund movements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer fund transactions end-to-end
- Monitor processing performance and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams
- Generate reports on transaction activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or banking
- Understanding of payment systems and fund flows
Technical Skills
- Transaction processing systems
- Financial reconciliation tools
- Data analysis and reporting
Professional Attributes
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows remotely
