Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer data strategies across digital financial platforms
- Build systems for real-time personalization of financial products and services
- Leverage AI and analytics to deliver targeted recommendations and insights
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified customer view
- Optimize customer journeys across mobile, web, and embedded finance platforms
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations
- Measure success through metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention rates
Technology Stack
- Data Platforms: Customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes
- AI/ML: Recommendation engines, predictive analytics
- Tools: Python, SQL, analytics dashboards

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in data strategy, analytics, or fintech customer experience
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and personalization techniques
- Experience with AI-driven recommendation systems
- Ability to align data strategy with business growth objectives
Preferred Expertise
- Experience in digital banking or fintech platforms
- Knowledge of behavioral analytics and segmentation models
